Mould Design and Manufacturing：Using professional program "PRESSCAD" to design custom-made tooling according to customer's drawings and quality requirement.
Mould/Material Preparation：To prepare materials such as mould base, parts/components, CNC-related material and heat treatment. IQC：All input materials/parts must be thoroughly tested and approved to ensure ultimate quality of tooling. Mould/Assembly：To assemble the parts/tooling plates by professional technicians to meet customer's requirement.
